Simone Giannelli at Radio Dolomiti this morning, the historic media partner of Diatec Trentino. The setter from Bolzano was a guest of the program “Trentino Volley in FM – dj per un giorno”, which every week makes it possible to introduce the yellow-blue players to the public of the “Radio dei grandi ascoltatori”. During the twenty minutes of live recording with presenter Laura Paolazzi, Simone revealed some little behind-the-scene activities of his everyday life. “When I’ve got some free time I like to take up my hobbies, which are music, cinema, tennis, and TV series: my favourite is Quantico – he acknowledged -. In this period of the year I like also to go for a walk in the town centre, the atmosphere of the Christmas markets is fabulous and when I can I always go to Piazza Fiera; whenever I’ve the possibility I’ll visit also those of Bolzano, my town.”
“The song I like in this period is “I hate u, I love u” by Gnash and Olivia O’Brien – told Giannelli presenting his favourite song just before airing it personally -. I really like it, it relaxes me and motivates me before a match. The second place at the end of the first half of SuperLega was difficult to forecast at the beginning of the season. We’re satisfied and happy with what we’ve done so far, but I also know that teams like Civitanova, Modena and Perugia have something more than we have, although the ranking list doesn’t show it. What I like in my team is the will of training and of bringing itself into question; we’ve got great potentialities. On Sunday in Vibo Valentia we’ll try to find a new continuity of positive results also in the away matches, well aware that we’ll play on a difficult field against a team that has improved a lot in the last period”.
